[Monthly Membership Fee Course] Can I change the payment method?

You can change it by following the steps below.

▼In case of changing payment credit card
There is no need to cancel your membership.
After logging in, please proceed to [MY PAGE] » [Settings] » [Card information confirmation/change/cancellation procedure].
Once password authentication is complete, you will be redirected to the [Credit card information change procedure] screen to enter payment credit card information, so please change it from here.

▼When changing to a different payment method (carrier payment ⇔ credit card payment)
Due to system issues, you will need to cancel your membership once.
After canceling your membership, please re-register using your preferred payment method.

<About transferring membership status>
Even if you cancel your membership due to changing your payment method, you can resume using the service by carrying over your membership date and point information.

●Please log in using the same FANY ID (email address).
*If you complete the procedure using a different email address, the transfer will not be possible.

●Please re-register (=pay) within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
*Even if you complete the procedure using the same FANY ID (email address), if more than 30 days have passed, it will be a new registration.

<Note>
Example 1: If you change from [carrier payment: 550 yen] to [credit card payment: 550 yen] within the same month
Bills will be generated from the two payments, and you will be required to pay a total of [1,100 yen] in one month.

Example 2: If you re-enroll (withdrawal - join) using [credit card payment] within the same month
Bills will be generated from the two payments, and you will be required to pay a total of [1,100 yen] in one month.
*This applies whether the credit cards are the same or different.
*If you change to a different credit card using [Confirm/Change/Cancel Card Information] on MY PAGE within the same month, duplicate payments will not be made.

To change your payment method, we recommend that you cancel your membership at the end of the month and re-register using your new payment method the following month.
