The following withdrawal procedure is required. After logging in, please complete the withdrawal procedure by clicking the "Withdraw" button on the top page and My Page. If you cancel your membership by the end of each month, your subscription will be canceled at the end of that month. Membership fees will not be charged from the following month onwards, but the billing period for the month of cancellation will vary depending on the selected payment method and credit card company.

If paying by credit card, you will need to complete the procedure to cancel automatic credit card renewal. After logging in, please cancel automatic renewal by the 20th of the expiration month by clicking the "Credit card information/confirmation" button listed on My Page. *No procedure is required if paying at a convenience store.
