About various emails

I am not receiving emails from the fan club.

Problems with undelivered emails may not be resolved by our office alone.

■For those using icloud address
Regular emails are also considered to be against Apple's local policies.
We do not recommend using this site as there have been reports of people refusing to receive emails.

Please consider using another email address or register an additional free address (Gmail/Yahoo, etc.).
*This site allows you to register two email addresses.

■Blocked due to domain-specific reception settings
Please configure your settings so that you can receive emails from the following domains.
Please contact the provider of your email address (each mobile phone company/shop) for confirmation/setting instructions.

★For those using carrier (docomo/au/SoftBank) addresses
Each mobile company has a high level of anti-spam email measures by default.
As a result, there are many cases where emails are not delivered.
Even if you are not aware of your own anti-spam measures, please be sure to check and configure them.

■For those using docomo address
The email may be marked as "spam".
The method for checking emails marked as spam varies depending on the device and environment you are using.
Please check the following.

■For those using au address (ezweb.ne.jp/au.com)
If you set "Impersonation Control" to "High", your email may be blocked.
Please set it to "Medium" or lower or cancel the setting.

■For those using Softbank address (softbank.ne.jp/i.softbank.jp)
If your spam filter is set to "strong", your emails may be blocked.
Set to "Standard" or "OFF".

■For those using free addresses (e.g. Gmail/Yahoo addresses)/PC addresses
It may be automatically sorted into your "spam folder" or "promotions" tab.
Please check all folders except your inbox.

■Is the capacity exceeded?
You may not be able to receive emails because your mailbox is over capacity or your smartphone is over capacity.

■The email address contains a character string whose use is restricted.
Example) A series of dots (.....), a series of symbols (_-_), a dot or symbol immediately before the at sign (.@), a symbol at the beginning (-abc), etc.

If you are using an email address that includes the relevant character string, please register again using a different email address.

The email address below is based on the globally common Internet communication standard RFC (Request for Comments).
As a general rule, it cannot be used because it is not compliant.

<Email address that does not comply with RFC>
1. If symbols other than "-", "_", ".", "+", "?", and "/" are included
2. If two or more symbols are used consecutively
3. When symbols are used at the beginning and end (just before @)
Four. If the part before @ is 64 characters or more
Five. If the entire email address is 256 characters or more

■Check your email app
Please check whether the reception settings are set correctly in your email app.
*If you have any questions about the settings for using the email app, please contact your mobile company.

<For iPhone users>
There are two types of email sending and receiving apps: ``Mail (standard email app)'' and ``Message (MMS email).''

If you use the "Message (MMS mail)" function, you may not be able to receive emails correctly due to iPhone specifications.
Please use "Email (standard email app)".

■Others
Please change your settings so that you can receive emails from your PC and emails with URLs.
Depending on the mailer or email app you are using, related emails may be displayed together as a thread.
