About changing registration information

Can I change the registered name?

We cannot accept name changes that would result in the name becoming a different person.

This is not possible even for family members.

We will only accept corrections if we think there is a kanji conversion error or an obvious input error (such as typing in a predictive conversion).
Please contact us by email with the required information.

・Correct registered full name (Kanji/Kana)

・Date of birth (8 digits in Western calendar)

·Your phone number

・Registered email address

・ Plus member ID
