About changing registration information
I can't change my email address because the message "It's already in use" appears.
1) If "already in use" is displayed
As per the message, you have already obtained Plus member ID using the address you wish to register.
Since Plus member ID is issued in conjunction with your email address, you cannot change it unless you delete the ID.
If the information about paid services or winning tickets is not linked to the ID you obtained, you can delete it yourself.
