What should I do if my last name has changed?
ご登録された氏名（苗字）の情報は、ご結婚等の理由により名字が変わった場合に限り、MY PAGEよりお客様ご自身で変更いただけます。
MY PAGEの「会員情報確認・変更」よりお手続きください。
Please note that we cannot accept name changes that would result in the name being changed to a different person.
Please note that no changes can be made, even for family members.
