What should I do if my last name has changed?
You can change your registered name (surname) information yourself from MY PAGE only if your surname has changed due to marriage or other reasons.
Please complete the procedure from "Confirm/Change Member Information" on MY PAGE.
Please note that we cannot accept name changes that would result in the name being changed to a different person.
Please note that no changes can be made, even for family members.
