ファンクラブトップページ下部【退会する】からお手続きください。
退会前の注意事項の案内の後、「アンケート」へお進みください。

その後、画面の案内に沿って「退会手続きへ進む」へとお進みいただき、退会手続き完了となります。

退会が完了しますと、すぐに会員コンテンツはご利用いただけなくなります。ご注意ください。
