I have completed payment, but I cannot log in.
To log in to the fan club, log in using your FANY ID.

[2] If the FANY ID and Plus member ID linkage screen is displayed
The FANY ID used to log in has not been linked with Plus member ID.
If you have already completed Plus member ID linkage and membership fee payment, the FANY ID used to log in will be different.
Please check your registered FANY ID.
*Please check your FANY ID by following the steps below.
1. Log in to FANY
2. Tap [Display membership card]
The number written below the barcode is your FANY ID.
Please press the "Logout" button from the FANY ID screen.

[3] If the member information registration screen is displayed
Personal information registration has not been completed with the FANY ID used to log in.
If you have already completed Plus member ID linkage and membership fee payment, the FANY ID used to log in will be different.
Please check your registered FANY ID.

2. Tap [Display membership card]
The number written below the barcode is your FANY ID.

Membership fee payment has not been completed with the FANY ID used to log in.
If you have already completed Plus member ID linkage and membership fee payment, the FANY ID used to log in will be different.

2. Tap [Display membership card]

[5] For Monthly Membership Fee Course
Only those who have continued to pay their monthly membership fee can log in.
Please check your usage statement to see if your monthly payments are continuing via credit card payment or mobile carrier payment.
*If you have not been billed, your membership has already been cancelled, so please join as a new member.

[6] For those taking the year course
If you have not paid the renewal fee within one year, your membership will be cancelled, so please join as a new member.

●Cache deletion method
■For iPhone
[Settings] > [Safari] > [Advanced] > [Website Data] > Delete

1. With the browser launched, tap the device menu button

3. Please execute "Delete all cookies" and "Delete cache".
4. Turn off your device, turn it back on, and try logging in again.
