Can I change the name and registration information later?
Information that can be changed by the customer can be done from [MY PAGE] after logging in.
We cannot accept any changes to the registered name that would result in changing the registered name to a different person, even if it is between family members.

·telephone number

<Cannot be changed>
・Name (Kanji/furigana)
・Date of birth
·sex
・ Plus member ID
If your name has changed due to marriage, etc., or if your date of birth or gender information is incorrect, please contact us using the form below.
*If there are any blank fields, we will not be able to accept changes, so please be sure to fill in all the fields.
*If there is a major change, we may ask you to present a photo of your ID. Please note.
