[Monthly Membership Fee Bundle Payment Course] Regarding continuation

One month before my membership expired, I received an email from my credit card company informing me that my membership fee would be withdrawn.

If you choose credit card payment, "provisional sales processing" will be performed one month before the membership expiration date.
"Provisional sales processing" is simply a state in which the card limit has been secured.

Depending on your credit card company, it may be listed on your debit email/web statement, etc.
No payment or billing will occur with "Provisional Sales Processing", and no payment will be made even if the suspension operation is performed before the 20th of the month in which the membership expires.
*If you use a debit card or prepaid card, a withdrawal may occur during provisional sales processing.

If you subsequently stop automatic renewal, please rest assured that no payment will be made and your refund will be refunded after a certain period of time.
*Since the operation of debit cards and prepaid cards is not guaranteed, refund details cannot be provided through the fan club counter.

If you have selected automatic renewal of your credit card, unless you cancel your membership by the 20th of the month in which your membership expires,
Continuation fees for the following year will be settled using your registered card.
