Those who meet all of the following conditions are eligible to receive the shipment.

●2023年12月16日から2024年11月30日までに「月会費まとめて払いコース」へご登録された方

(※This also includes cases where you change from the "Monthly Membership Fee Course" during the above period.)

●継続可能な期間（会員有効期限の3か月前から1ヶ月後の末日まで）に次年度の継続をされた方

●継続後の会員有効期限が2025年12月31日から2026年11月30日までの方

初年度（2025年）の STAND BY ME:Iお届け対象は、

2024年11月30日までに「月会費まとめて払いコース」にご登録後(コース変更をされた方も含む)、

期間内に継続手続き（=入金）が完了された方になります。

For those who have completed the renewal procedure after January 2025, we plan to ship the card within the month following the procedure.

*We will announce this on "FC NEWS" as soon as shipping of renewal benefits begins.

*Please refrain from making individual inquiries regarding shipping dates or shipping methods.

It will be shipped to the address registered on your My Page.

If reshipment is necessary due to an incorrect address, we will charge you a reshipment fee.

Please be sure to check for any errors or changes at least one month before the scheduled shipping start month.

How to check

After logging in to the site, please change your membership information by going to "Confirm/Change Member Information" on your My Page.

If there is a change in your last name, please check this page (https://me-i.jp/faq/detail/56) and then contact us.

[About renewal procedures]

継続手続きは、会員有効期限の3か月前から1ヶ月後の末日まで行っていただくことが可能です。

Example) Expiration date is at the end of December ⇒ Renewal is possible from October to the end of January of the following year

If you have set up automatic renewal, the renewal process will be carried out around the end of the month in which your membership expires.
