I have acquired multiple Plus member ID (formerly EMTG IDs). What should I do?
We do not allow multiple "Plus member ID" as this may affect the use of some content (e.g. apps).

●If you are unable to log in to the app or receive electronic tickets
Regarding receipt of electronic tickets and SMS authentication of the app, we will inform you after checking with Ticketpla.
First of all, please contact "Chikepura Customer Support".
*Inquiries about receiving electronic tickets will be answered in order of closest performance date.
*Please contact us after ticketing starts.
*Information emails regarding the start of ticketing will be sent from ``Ticket Pla''.

●If you have registered multiple times to “ME:I OFFICIAL FANCLUB”
Example: Register as “ME:I OFFICIAL FANCLUB” with ID① and “ME:I OFFICIAL FANCLUB” with ID②
We will inform you after confirming the details.

You can delete your ID yourself.
