This album contains five new songs including the title song "THIS IS ME:I", and six existing songs including their debut song "Click", "Hi-Five" and "MUSE", which were also performed at the 75th NHK Kouhaku Uta Gassen, for a total of 11 songs.

As the album title "WHO I AM" suggests, this is a one-of-a-kind album that proves the message and path that ME:I has conveyed through their musical activities thus far, and shows the direction of the group ME:I. In addition, this album expresses the unity of ME:I members and their strong bond with YOU:ME, with the idea of "we are a community" added to the concept of "You & ME", which is the origin of YOU:ME (the fan name) that has supported ME:I since their debut, and the group's identity.
