◎Due to the materials and production process, there may be some scratches or scuffs on the surface of the product. Please note that there are no problems with use.

◎Sales numbers are limited. Please note that some items may sell out.

◎We are unable to provide product samples at the sales counter.

◎ As we have many sales outlets, there may be a time lag in informing you when a product is sold out. If a product is sold out after you place an order, you may not be able to purchase it.

◎If a product is sold out, we will notify you via product POP, but please note that there may be a time difference in the notification.

◎If the item in question is sold out, we may issue a refund.

◎Please note that the OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK does not come with batteries.

◎Staying up all night at the venue or surrounding area, gathering from late at night, and any other loud noises are strictly prohibited as they will cause inconvenience to the neighborhood.

◎If you form a line before the start of the queue, that line will be invalid. Staff will guide you in forming the line.

◎Cutting into the line or running when the line starts is extremely dangerous and is strictly prohibited.

◎We may issue numbered tickets depending on how crowded the venue is.

◎The entrance line start time and the entrance queue/waiting area may change depending on the weather and other conditions on the day. Please note that the entrance method may also change without notice depending on the operational situation. In the event of any changes, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff.

◎Only customers who intend to purchase merchandise or OFFICIAL LIGHT STICKs will be allowed to line up in the queue. We ask that accompanying persons wait outside the sales area. Please refrain from meeting in the entrance queue.

*Sit-in around the facility

*Occupying benches etc. for long periods of time

If any of these actions are observed, staff will contact you.
