・W members who are members of both "ME:I OFFICIAL FANCLUB" and "ME:I Mail"

・Those who have received one or more serial numbers between 11:30 on Saturday, August 24th and 23:59 on Thursday, October 31st

・Those who are continuing their W membership on the day the winning results are announced
