Only those who have tickets for the performance on the date and time on sale can purchase tickets.
When purchasing, we will check your performance ticket, so please be sure to present your ticket.

*About electronic tickets:
・Tickets for this performance will be issued as electronic tickets via the "ME:I OFFICIAL APP." To receive your tickets and enter the venue on the day of the performance, you will need a smartphone that is compatible with the smartphone app "ME:I OFFICIAL APP."
・The receipt of electronic tickets varies depending on the advance sale. Please check each reception page for details. (Seats will be displayed on the day of the performance.)
・If a companion under the age of 18 does not have a smartphone, the companion's tickets will be displayed on the applicant's device and they will enter at the same time as the applicant. Please bring a valid ID as we may need to verify your Japanese identity.
・Each person will be required to enter this performance with one ticket, so please share the tickets with your companions using the "ME:I OFFICIAL APP." Please note that tickets purchased from the applicant cannot be shared or transferred to other people.
・When your companion receives their ticket, they will also need to download the "ME:I OFFICIAL APP" and register (free of charge). When applying, please make sure that all attendees of this performance have a smartphone with a compatible OS and SMS authentication enabled.

<Notes about merchandise sales locations>
◎Staying up all night at the venue or surrounding area, gathering from late at night, and any other loud noises are strictly prohibited as they will cause inconvenience to the neighborhood.
◎If you form a line before the start of the queue, that line will be invalid. Staff will guide you in forming the line.
◎Cutting into the line or running when the line starts is extremely dangerous and is strictly prohibited.
◎The entrance line start time and the entrance queue/waiting area may change depending on the weather and other conditions on the day. Please note that the entrance method may also change without notice depending on the operational situation. In the event of any changes, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff.
◎Only customers who intend to purchase merchandise will be allowed to line up in the official merchandise purchase queue. We ask that accompanying persons wait outside the merchandise sales area. Please refrain from meeting in the entrance queue.
◎The following actions are prohibited as they cause inconvenience to other customers.
*Product trading activities at the booth venue or near the facility
*Sit-in around the facility
*Occupying benches etc. for long periods of time

2. Appropriate clothing
Please wear cool, breathable clothing and clothes that can withstand changing weather conditions. Also, be sure to use a hat or parasol to avoid direct sunlight. (*The sales venue will be indoors.)
3. If you feel unwell
If you feel even the slightest bit unwell or experience any changes in your physical condition, please do not push yourself and instead speak to a member of staff nearby.
