NHK will be recording a live performance of "NHK MUSIC EXPO 2024," which will bring together artists active around the world at the NHK Hall.

Therefore, we are now looking for people to cooperate with us in the live recording of the program. If you are interested, please read and understand the following details and precautions carefully before applying.

Please note that this is a separate application from the viewing application that was accepted on the NHK website from July 11th (Thurs) to July 17th (Wed).

If you are selected as a winner in both competitions, we will inform you by email how to proceed.

■Date: Sunday, August 11, 2024

■Time: Reception after 16:30 (scheduled) / End around 21:00 (scheduled)

■Meeting location: Somewhere in Tokyo

*The official meeting time and place will be announced only to the winners.

*The time may vary. Please apply only if you have enough time.

(If you do not make it to the meeting time that will be notified to you after you have been selected, you may not be able to participate.)

(Even if the event finishes late, we will not be able to reimburse transportation or accommodation expenses.)

[Application requirements]

・Members whose ME:I OFFICIAL FANCLUB membership is valid as of the recording date of Sunday, August 11, 2024 (only the member themselves)

・Anyone who is an adult as of Sunday, August 11, 2024 (18 years old or older/high school students not allowed)

・Those who can definitely participate on the day

・Admission is free. All transportation and accommodation costs to the site must be borne by the participant.

-Photography, bringing in recording equipment, and any other behavior that disrupts the recording are strictly prohibited.

If you are found doing so, you will be asked to erase all data, regardless of content, and leave the premises.

・Please turn off your mobile phone during recording.

・Please refrain from wearing uniforms, jerseys, or clothing with character designs.

・Please note that you may be asked to remove large hats, sunglasses, etc.

・Please note that your appearance may be shown on television or in live streaming footage.

・Please be sure to arrive at the venue on time. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter.

・Please note that you will not be able to enter or leave the venue while the program is in progress.
