About electronic tickets
To prevent resale, tickets for this performance will be received via the "ME:I OFFICIAL APP," and the names of the applicant and accompanying person will be displayed on the ticket.

How to receive electronic tickets
Please receive your electronic ticket on the smartphone associated with the phone number you registered during the application process.
[Important Notes for those who applied through the ME:I OFFICIAL FANCLUB Member Pre-sale]
*You must be a ME:I OFFICIAL FANCLUB member from the time of ticket application until the day of the performance. Please note that if you cancel your membership, you will not be able to receive your ticket or enter the venue. No refunds will be given if you are unable to enter the venue.
In the event that you cancel your membership, you will be required to pay the membership fee for the affected period to regain access. However, please note that services will not be reinstated during the period of your membership cancellation.
*If you cancel your membership after purchasing tickets, you may be contacted by ME:I OFFICIAL FANCLUB. Please be aware of this in advance.

Ticket distribution
Please be sure to distribute the money for your companions before the day of the event.
Plus member ID (free) is required to receive the distributed tickets for your companions.

How to enter
If your companion under the age of 18 does not have a smartphone, you can display all tickets on your smartphone and enter together with your companion.

If the applicant is unable to attend, accompanying persons will not be allowed entry alone.

If the applicant is unable to attend, the tickets will be listed for trade as a set of two. It is not possible to list only the applicant's ticket.

Official ticket trading (resale) will be available for this performance.
Please note that tickets transferred through means other than official trades will not be accepted for entry.
Ticket Trade is a service for users within Japan only. Those without a domestic bank account cannot list tickets for sale. Please be aware of this beforehand.
Those who do not possess a bank account in Japan are not eligible to exhibit in Ticketplus trade. We appreciate your understanding that the procedure will differ depending on your own situation, as the trade system is a domestic service.
