About the app

I can't log in to the app.

To log in, you will need your Plus member ID or your registered email address.
*You cannot log in with "FANY ID".
If you have forgotten your ID or password, please refer to the help information below.

*Passwords can be up to 12 characters (half-width alphanumeric characters).

In addition, to prevent fraudulent use of electronic tickets, the app is limited to one ID and device per person.
When logging in to the app, please use the smartphone that you will use to receive your e-ticket. (Tablet devices are not accepted.)

If you have mistakenly registered multiple "Plus member ID",
Please delete any unnecessary IDs and try logging in again.
»I have obtained multiple Plus member ID (formerly EMTG IDs).

If you are unable to use the app, please consider using a browser.
